Managing large-scope projects is a time-consuming task that requires attention to detail, working knowledge of every aspect of the project and a keen eye for budgets and approaching deadlines.
Property owners can quickly become overwhelmed by a project that requires the coordination of multiple contractors, suppliers and inspectors. DPM offers its clients project management services to plan, execute and finish a repair or improvement project within agreed-upon budgets and deadlines.

DPM can customize the project management services depending on the scope of each project. The responsibilities may include planning of the project, disseminating project information for bids, receiving and evaluating estimates, reviewing contracts, verifying contractor licensing and insurance, applying for permits, supervising the progress of the project, coordinating inspections, and ensuring that each task has been completed per the terms of the contract.

To avoid a conflict of interest, DPM does not receive compensation from the contractors for work performed at clients' properties. Instead, an explicit project management fee is agreed upon between DPM and its clients.
